Ingredients
The recipe for the chopped liver:
- 750 gr chopped chicken liver - fry in butter with the onion till lightly golden
- 3 onions sliced thin and fried till golden
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
- Seasoning
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put the eggs in the food processor and chop them
- Put all the rest in the food processor, until it gets the texture of chopped liver, but not too much. You want it to be lumpy and not pate
- serve with bread/jams etc
