Is there any actual tangible difference between grated cotija and Parmesan cheeses?
@Alamantus where might I get my grubby mitts on some cotija in Toronto to carefully evaluate this question..?

@gnomon @Alamantus I don't think we have it here, because Mexican stuff is not common. We use a lot of Grana Padano. They are pretty close too.
