Jewish talk

so I was today years old when I learned that you actually Don't eat lamb on passover. my family has every year and we're loosely Ashkie in tradition.

I thought about it though. Why do I immediately think that I need to buy lamb?

it's because there's no other way to get a goddamn shank bone. And if you buy the meat you might as well cook it because otherwise you wasted it.

Anyways maybe one day I'll live in a place where Jewish supplies are accessible to me.

@menziesii it's funny, I naturally associate lamb with Passover, but it's not something we normally make as a dish for it. We probably should. Ethnically my closest family members are Yemenite, which is a different cuisine altogether. One day I'll post about it.
